MILEHI EXPRESS NEW WAREHOUSE FACILITY - AURORA, CO

Invent is developing a 31,000 square foot warehouse with refrigerated and freezer space located on 3.5 acres in Aurora, Colorado on a fee basis as part of Invent’s purchase of the MileHi Express land in RiNo.

MileHi Express warehouses and delivers refrigerated and frozen food products for customers such as WalMart, Hormel Foods, and many others in the metro Denver market.

Upon completion of this facility, MileHi Express will close on the purchase of this facility.
